My sister Lisa Kelly and I bought this 3-unit building back in 2012. It includes a former Japanese-owned market call El Rancho, a one bedroom apartment and a two-bedroom apartment. The apartments are now long-term rentals. One is a furnished corporate rental 30 days +(on airbnb). The old market is our flex space where we host yoga, karaoke, poker and other parties. It also serves as our office and creative space.
